Gam wont open anymore

So i played for a few hours (XBOX)..then saved my game ...i saved over the auto save....when i tried to play again it wont even open the game and thers no save file...is this because of how i saved???i uninstalled and reinstalled 3 times...still wont let me open game so i never see the start screen....any ideas on how to fix????....
